MOVA is for anyone looking for a structured, personalized approach to fitness and nutrition. Whether you're a complete beginner or have years of experience, the program is built around where you are right now.
Everything is delivered through a dedicated coaching app. You'll receive your training program, nutrition plan, and check-in forms all in one place. We communicate through the app and you'll have direct access to me and my team of coaches for questions and support.
Formal check-ins happen weekly, but you can message me anytime between check-ins for questions, form checks, or support. I'm here to make sure you feel confident in your plan every step of the way.
Not necessarily. Your program is built around the equipment you have access to. Whether you train at a full gym, a home setup, or something in between, I'll make it work for you.
Coaching is month-to-month. I recommend a minimum of 3 months to see real, lasting results, but there are no long-term contracts. You stay because it works.
