MOVA is an online Pilates x Strength coaching program led by Monet Zamora and a team of certified coaches. We deliver personalized training, nutrition guidance, and ongoing support through a mobile app — designed to help you build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits from anywhere.

Coaching Team

Monet works alongside a team of qualified fitness professionals — Valerie, Janessa, Aleks, and Alyssa — each bringing their own expertise and experience to the MOVA coaching team. When you join MOVA, you're matched with a coach based on your individual goals, needs, and training preferences to ensure the best possible fit and experience.

Health & Fitness Disclaimer

MOVA provides general fitness and nutrition guidance and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. You should consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise or nutrition program, particularly if you have pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or concerns.

Billing & Cancellation

Coaching programs are billed on a recurring basis as agreed upon at the time of enrollment. Cancellation requests should be submitted directly to your assigned coach or via email. Please refer to your enrollment agreement for specific billing terms, refund policies, and cancellation procedures.

Intellectual Property

All content, workout programming, coaching materials, branding, and other resources provided by MOVA are proprietary and protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction, redistribution, or sharing of any MOVA materials without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
